Description: We are a 6 year old company, newly positioned as a holding company, currently investing in specific classes of publicly traded securities and debt instruments. We also have a newly completed 123 page report (book) ready for publishing based on our Economic and Monetary Research, Investment Research and Monetary Information. We have established an investment strategy, which is based on our research and comprises seven sub-strategies (3 income generating, 4 non-income generating) and a set of protocol that can almost guarantee a strong financial statement. This is not a get rich quick scheme. It requires discipline and long term implementation, but the benefits can be realized almost immediately. We are seeking to acquire larger positions in our selected portfolio of 25 securities according to our investment strategy criteria and protocol, as well as acquire more debt instruements. As a means of financing our venture, we are selling 4,900,000 ownership units of in our company at $0.33 per unit; 2024 of such units have been sold already. These 4.9 million units represents (49%) of our company. One may say that the valuation of our company is crazy, but the fact of the matter is, all of our current and future assets are income producing, liquid assets that pay regardless of what the market does.
